Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Effective date: September 15, 2026 · Last updated: September 15, 2026
This page contains four documents that govern your use of the Grow Con Amor website, our free guides, our programs, and our in-home consultations. Please read them. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to them.
Please read first
Everything Grow Con Amor offers is educational. Our guides, programs, and in-home consultations are not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, assessment, or treatment of any kind, and using them does not create a therapist–client, counselor–client, or other professional or clinical relationship.
Members of our team hold professional degrees and licenses. Any person providing services through Grow Con Amor is acting solely in an educational capacity and is not providing services under any professional license. Always consult your child’s pediatrician, a licensed clinician, your school district, or your state’s early-intervention program about your child’s health, development, or education. The full disclaimer is in Section 2.

Privacy Policy
Effective September 15, 2026. Last updated September 15, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Grow Con Amor collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers growconamor.org, our online programs and free guides, our email communications, and our in-home educational consultations.
Grow Con Amor is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS]. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
1.1 Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you download a free guide, buy a program, request a consultation, or contact us, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number and city, when you provide them
- What you purchased, and your order history
- What you tell us about your family in our intake and consultation forms — including the number and ages of your children, your goals, and your description of your home routines
- Any message you send us
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and whether you opened or clicked an email we sent.
Information we do not collect. We never see or store your full payment card number. Payments are processed by our payment processors, who handle card details under their own privacy policies and security standards.
1.2 Where the information comes from
Directly from you through our website forms, checkout, email, phone calls, and in-home consultations; automatically from your device; and from the service providers that run our site, our email, and our payments.
1.3 Why we use it
- To deliver the guides, programs, and consultations you asked for
- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on an in-home consultation
- To process payments and keep tax and accounting records
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To recommend the program that fits your family, based on the answers you give us
- To send you marketing email, if you have opted in
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and improve what we offer
We use what you tell us about your children only to tailor our educational guidance to your family. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.
1.4 Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Kajabi — hosts our website, courses, forms, and email
- Our payment processors — process card and online payments
- Our analytics providers — measure how the site is used
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our legal rights or someone’s safety, or to a successor if the business is sold or merged — in which case this policy continues to apply to information transferred.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months. We have no actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
1.5 How long we keep it
- Purchase and account records: seven years, to meet tax and accounting obligations
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and for up to 24 months afterward so we can honor your opt-out
- Consultation intake answers and visit notes: 24 months after our last interaction with you, then deleted
- Website analytics: as set by our analytics provider, generally no more than 26 months
1.6 Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Give you a copy of it in a portable format
- Stop sending you marketing emails
To make a request, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you gave us, or write to us at the postal address above. We will confirm your identity before acting — usually by replying to the email address already on your account — and we respond within 45 days. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lesser experience for exercising any of these rights.
You may also have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf; we will ask for written proof of their authority.
1.7 Marketing email
If you give us your email address to download a free guide, buy a program, or join our list, we may send you educational content, product news, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link or emailing [CONTACT EMAIL], and we will honor your request within ten business days.
We will still send you transactional messages about things you have purchased — receipts, access instructions, appointment confirmations, and service notices. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cut off access to something you paid for.
1.8 Cookies, analytics, and tracking
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to make the site work (log-in, cart, security), to understand how the site is used, and, if we run advertising, to measure it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may stop working if you block the necessary ones.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for interpreting these signals, and our site does not currently respond to them.
Third-party tracking. Third parties, including our analytics and any advertising providers, may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site.
1.9 Children’s privacy
Our website, guides, programs, and consultations are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Our forms invite you, as an adult, to tell us about your child. Any information about a child reaches us from you — not from the child. We use it only to tailor our educational guidance to your family. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or share it, and we disclose it only to the service providers named in Section 1.4.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to give us your child’s full name or date of birth, and we ask that you do not send us your child’s medical records, evaluations, or diagnoses.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information directly, email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete it.
1.10 Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on established providers who maintain their own security programs. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
1.11 Other sites we link to
Our site and materials link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.
1.12 Where your information is processed
We operate in the United States and our providers store and process information there. If you visit us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
1.13 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will post the revised policy on this page, update the “Last updated” date at the top, and — if you are on our email list — notify you by email at least 15 days before the change takes effect. We review this policy at least once every twelve months.
Document 2 of 5
Terms & Conditions
Effective September 15, 2026. Last updated September 15, 2026.
These Terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Grow Con Amor (“Grow Con Amor,” “we,” “us”). They apply when you use growconamor.org, download a free guide, purchase a program, or book an in-home consultation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or purchase from us.
2.1 Definitions
- Free Guides — the downloadable PDF guides we provide at no cost in exchange for your email address.
- Programs — our paid 36-week digital programs and any other paid course or digital product.
- Consultation — a private in-home educational consultation.
- Content — all text, video, audio, images, worksheets, curriculum, lesson sequence, translations, names, and logos we provide.
2.2 Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older to purchase from us or to book a consultation. The Programs are made for parents, guardians, and caregivers — they are not for use by children, and children should not create accounts or submit information to us.
One account per person or household. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used it.
2.3 What we provide
We provide educational materials and guidance for families with young children: free downloadable guides, 36-week digital programs delivered online, and private in-home educational consultations. We may change, improve, or discontinue any of it, subject to Section 2.8.
2.4 Prices, payment, and taxes
- Currency. All prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars. If your payment method uses another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. We do not control those charges.
- Authorization. By completing checkout you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method the full amount shown, including any tax. You confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
- Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each installment automatically on its due date until the plan is paid in full. Your obligation is for the full program price, not for individual installments. If a payment fails we will try again and notify you; if it stays unpaid for 10 days we may suspend your access and the remaining balance becomes due immediately. Suspension does not cancel what you owe.
- Price changes. We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a program you have already bought, and a later discount does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
- Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax unless stated. Where we are required to collect sales or similar tax on digital products, it is added at checkout.
2.5 Delivery
Access to the Free Guides and the Programs is delivered immediately after sign-up or purchase, by email and through your Grow Con Amor account. If you have not received access within one hour, check your spam folder and then email [CONTACT EMAIL] — we will restore your access promptly or, if we cannot, refund you in full.
Where a program releases lessons on a schedule rather than all at once, we say so on the sales page before you buy.
2.6 Your license to use our content
When you sign up for a Free Guide or pay in full for a Program, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use with the children in your own household.
You may download and print materials for that personal use. You may not copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the materials available to anyone else.
Your login is personal to you. Do not share your account, password, or access link with anyone — including friends, family outside your household, colleagues, or members of a group or organization. We monitor for credential sharing and may suspend or terminate accounts showing simultaneous or geographically inconsistent logins.
You may not use our materials to teach, train, coach, or deliver services to others, paid or unpaid; to create derivative works; to build a competing product; or to train, fine-tune, or provide input to any artificial intelligence or machine learning system.
The Free Guides are licensed on the same terms. Please share the link to download them — we would love that. Please do not redistribute the PDF files themselves.
If you are a teacher, childcare provider, or organization and want to use these materials with children who are not your own, email [CONTACT EMAIL] about a group or institutional license.
2.7 Ownership, your content, and testimonials
All Content — including the curriculum, lesson structure, worksheets, the Grow Con Amor name and logo, and all English and Spanish translations — is owned by or licensed to Grow Con Amor and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
What you send us. If you send us questions, comments, photographs, or other material, you keep ownership and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to operate and improve our programs. Please do not send us photographs or videos of your children unless we have asked you to and you have signed our separate media release.
Testimonials. If you give us a testimonial, you permit us to publish it with your first name and last initial, and to edit it for length and clarity but never for meaning. You may withdraw permission for future use at any time.
2.8 How long you have access
Unless we state otherwise when you buy, you have access to a Program for [ACCESS PERIOD, e.g. 36 months] from your date of purchase. We will email you at least 30 days before that period ends.
If we discontinue a program. We may modify, update, or discontinue any Program. If we permanently discontinue one you have active access to, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email, during which you may download the downloadable materials and keep using them personally under the license in Section 2.6.
If we cease operations. Our obligation is limited to giving you that notice and download window, so far as is reasonably practicable. We cannot guarantee that hosted or streaming content stays available, because it depends on third-party platforms we do not control.
2.9 Acceptable use
You agree not to: share or resell access; scrape, record, or download content except as we expressly permit; reverse-engineer or get around any access control; use our materials for anything unlawful; harass, abuse, or threaten our team or other families; or post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or that reveals another family’s private information.
2.10 Suspension and termination
By you. You may stop using the Programs at any time. Stopping does not entitle you to a refund except as our Refund Policy provides, and does not cancel unpaid payment-plan installments.
By us. We may suspend or end your access without refund if you breach these Terms — by sharing access, redistributing content, starting a chargeback without contacting us first, or abusing our team. Where a breach is minor and fixable, we will normally tell you and give you a chance to fix it first.
Sections 2.6, 2.7, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, and 2.15 survive termination.
2.11 Disclaimers
Educational purpose only. Not clinical services.
Our Programs, Free Guides, and Consultations are educational and informational. They offer general guidance about early-childhood school readiness, learning, play, and family routines.
Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, psychiatric, developmental, behavioral, educational, or therapeutic diagnosis, assessment, evaluation, treatment, therapy, or counseling. We do not diagnose or treat any condition, including developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disability, or any speech, language, or mental-health condition.
No professional relationship is created. Buying a Program or booking a Consultation does not create a therapist–client, counselor–client, physician–patient, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Grow Con Amor or anyone on our team. This is true even though members of our team hold professional degrees and licenses. Any individual providing services through Grow Con Amor is acting solely in an educational capacity, not in the capacity of a licensed clinician, and is not providing services under any professional license.
Please consult qualified professionals. Always seek the advice of your child’s pediatrician, a licensed mental-health professional, your school district, or a qualified early-intervention provider with any question about your child’s health, development, or education. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read, watched, or heard from us. If you think your child may have a developmental delay, you have the right to request a free evaluation from your state’s early-intervention program or your local school district.
No guaranteed outcomes. Every child develops differently and at their own pace. We do not guarantee any particular result, improvement, milestone, school-readiness outcome, academic performance, or change in behavior. Results depend on your child, your family’s circumstances, and how consistently you use the material — things outside our control. Any example, testimonial, or story we share is one family’s experience and is not a typical or promised result.
We are not a crisis service. We do not monitor messages in real time. If you or your child are in danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Warranty disclaimer
THE PROGRAMS, FREE GUIDES, CONSULTATIONS, AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of the above may not apply to you.
2.12 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROW CON AMOR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAMS OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PROGRAMS, FREE GUIDES, OR CONSULTATIONS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.
2.13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grow Con Amor and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse or unauthorized distribution of our Content; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; and (d) any decision you make or action you take regarding your child based on our Programs, Free Guides, or Consultations.
2.14 Resolving a dispute
Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, email [CONTACT EMAIL] and describe the problem. We will work in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Most things are settled this way.
Small claims. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court in [COUNTY, STATE] or in the county where you live, if the claim qualifies.
Individual claims only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we each agree that any dispute will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
Time limit. Any claim relating to the Programs, Free Guides, or Consultations must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
2.15 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except for claims brought in small claims court, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and we each consent to personal jurisdiction there.
2.16 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document shows when. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email to the address on your account and by notice on this site. Continuing to use the Programs after the effective date means you accept the change. Changes never apply retroactively to a dispute that arose before they took effect.
2.17 General
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, or severed if it cannot be, and the rest stays in force.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy on this page, are the entire agreement between us about the Programs, and replace all earlier communications, including statements in our marketing, emails, and social media.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or your account. We may assign them to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, with notice to you.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, power or internet failure, or the failure of a third-party platform or payment processor.
- Language. Where we publish a Spanish translation of these documents, it is provided for convenience. If the two versions conflict, the English version governs.
Document 3 of 5
In-Home Consultation Terms
These terms apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions above whenever we come to your home. Everything in Section 2 — especially the disclaimers in Section 2.11 — applies here too.
3.1 Booking
Submitting a consultation request does not confirm a booking. We will contact you to talk about what your family needs and about availability. A consultation is confirmed only when we have agreed on a specific date and time in writing and payment has been received in full through the link we send you. We may decline any request.
3.2 Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows
- Cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before the start time: full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: non-refundable.
- No-show means no adult is present at the agreed address within 15 minutes of the start time and we have not been able to reach you.
- Rescheduling is free once. Further changes may incur a fee or forfeiture.
- If we cancel — for illness, emergency, unsafe weather, or any reason — you choose a free reschedule or a full refund. That is the full extent of our responsibility; we are not liable for related costs you incur, such as time off work or childcare.
- Illness. Please reschedule at no charge if anyone in the household has a fever or contagious illness within 48 hours of the appointment. We will do the same, and we waive the cancellation fee in these cases. Just tell us as soon as you can.
3.3 Service area and travel
In-home consultations are available within [X] miles of [CITY / AREA]. We may accept addresses beyond that at our discretion, with a travel surcharge quoted and agreed in writing before booking. Tell us of any address change at least 48 hours ahead; if we arrive at the address you gave us and the visit cannot go forward, it is treated as a no-show. You are responsible for safe, legal, reasonably available parking and building access, and time lost to access problems comes out of the scheduled session.
3.4 Safety and the home environment
A parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 must be present in the home and reasonably available for the entire consultation. We do not provide childcare, babysitting, supervision, or custodial care, and we will not be left alone with your child at any time. If no qualifying adult is present we will not begin, or will end the visit, and the fee is forfeited.
You remain responsible for your child throughout the visit — for their supervision, safety, care, and discipline. Our role is observation, educational guidance, and demonstration.
You agree to provide a safe, reasonably hazard-free environment, and to tell us in advance about: pets in the home, including any history of biting or aggression; firearms and how they are secured; known structural or environmental hazards; any communicable illness; and anyone else who will be present.
- Pets must be secured in a separate room or otherwise restrained for the visit unless we agree otherwise in advance.
- No smoking or vaping in the home during the consultation.
- We may end a visit immediately and leave, without refund, if we reasonably believe the environment is unsafe, if anyone present appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, if a firearm is present and unsecured, or if we are subjected to harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive conduct.
- Your property. We take care in your home, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or ordinary wear. Please secure valuables and fragile items before we arrive. Report any damage you believe we caused within 48 hours, with photographs.
3.5 Recording and photographs
Neither of us may photograph, audio-record, or video-record a consultation without the other’s prior written consent. You may not record our consultant; we will not record your family.
If we ever want to use photographs or video from a consultation in our marketing, we will ask you to sign a separate media release. You are never required to agree, and declining changes nothing about the service you receive. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time, though we cannot recall materials already published.
We may keep brief educational notes about a consultation so we can follow up well. These are business records, not clinical records, and they are not protected health information under HIPAA. They are handled as described in the Privacy Policy above.
3.6 Screening
Each consultant who enters your home has completed [DESCRIBE EXACTLY WHAT SCREENING IS ACTUALLY PERFORMED — or delete this section]. We are glad to confirm this on request. A background check reports only what appeared in the databases searched on the date of the search; it is not a guarantee of anyone’s future conduct, and we make no representation beyond the specific checks described here.
3.7 Reporting obligations
Members of our team hold professional licenses that carry legal obligations to report suspected child abuse or neglect to state authorities. If during a consultation we form a reasonable suspicion of child abuse or neglect, we are required by law to report it, and we will. This obligation overrides any expectation of confidentiality. We do not investigate and we do not reach conclusions — that is the role of the state agency.
3.8 Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that an in-home consultation involves our physical presence in your home and activities with your child, and that this carries inherent risks, which you voluntarily assume. To the fullest extent permitted by law you release Grow Con Amor and its personnel from claims arising out of a consultation — except for claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, and except for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
3.9 Hiring our consultants directly
You agree not to engage or employ our consultants outside of Grow Con Amor for 12 months after your last consultation.

Refund Policy
Effective September 15, 2026.
4.1 Programs — 14-day window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not accessed more than two lessons of the program. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and we will process it.
After 14 days, or after you have accessed more than two lessons, all sales are final. The Programs are digital and delivered immediately, so access cannot be returned. This policy is disclosed before you buy and you accept it at checkout.
When we issue a refund, your license ends immediately, your access is removed, and you agree to delete any materials you downloaded.
4.2 Free Guides
The Free Guides cost nothing and are not eligible for a refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
4.3 If something does not work
This policy never limits your rights if a Program is defective or you cannot access it. If you hit a technical problem, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will fix your access or, if we cannot, refund you in full — regardless of the 14-day window or how much you have viewed.
4.4 Consultations
In-home consultations follow the cancellation schedule in Section 3.2 above, not the 14-day window.
4.5 Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will respond within two business days. Nearly every billing question is solved faster this way than through your bank. Starting a chargeback without contacting us is a breach of these Terms, and we may end your access to all Programs and decline future purchases.
If you do not recognize a charge, look for [BILLING DESCRIPTOR AS IT APPEARS ON A CARD STATEMENT] on your statement.

Accessibility Statement
Grow Con Amor is committed to making our website and our programs usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
5.1 Our standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We review our site and our course materials regularly and fix barriers as we find them. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished project.
5.2 Known limitations
Parts of our site and course platform are provided by third parties, including Kajabi. Some third-party content — embedded video players and payment forms in particular — may not yet fully conform, and we are working with our providers on it.
5.3 Tell us about a barrier
If you have difficulty using our website, our course materials, or any part of our programs, email [CONTACT EMAIL] or call [PHONE]. We aim to respond within three business days and will work with you to get you what you need in a format you can use.
Alternative formats. If you cannot access any part of a program you have purchased, contact us and we will provide the content in an alternative format at no additional cost.
How to Reach Us
Questions about any of these documents, a privacy request, a refund, or an accessibility barrier — all go to the same place, and a person reads them.
